Jump to content

Copy Serial Number

Click on the ‘Device list’ tab and copy the device Serial number you want to wipe.

Navigate to Wipe Device

Click on the ‘Wipe device’ tab, paste the serial number, and click on ‘Wipe’ to complete the process.

Confirm

Check your email to find the unique challenge code. Press Wipe button to confirm.

*If you want to send a customized message on your HiDR, type your message in the ‘Message’ field. Then, press the ‘Wipe’ button to confirm the process.
